We take pride in the quality of our products. The Bakery is based on the model of the 1940’s neighborhood family-owned bakeries where everything was done in house.

We use over 15 flours and starches to create the proprietary flour blends we use in our products. We serve fruit, vegetables and nuts harvested locally here in the Pacific Northwest. Why? Because good food starts with real, quality, local ingredients.

Why the name 5b’s?
The founding family name, our name, starts with a B. There are 5 in the family. The bee motif fits with the philosophy of working hard and a strong community commitment.

We are a dedicated gluten free facility.
