Ingredients: type-65 wheat bread flour, 100% whole rye flour, water, jumbo mixed raisins (raisins, palm oil, sulphur dioxide), walnuts, sourdough starter (type-85 wheat flour, water), and sea salt. Net Wt. ~24oz. (680g.)
