Ingredients: type-85 wheat flour, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), cane sugar, blackstrap molasses, egg, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), unsulphured sliced crystalized ginger (ginger, cane sugar) ground ginger, fresh ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
