Description
Make this cozy pasta that uses Kabocha squash as the star ingredient; it is naturally vegan, but creamy and rich! No oven required, everything is made on the stovetop; all you need is a blender or food processor to blend up the squash to make your pasta sauce.
Included in the recipe bag: 1 kabocha squash, 1 package pasta (GF or regular), 1 bunch sage, 1 yellow onion, 1 head of garlic, and 1 carton of veggie stock (32 oz).
Not included: Olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. For topping: walnuts(optional), feta cheese or another cheese of choice (optional)
