The squash, chickpeas, and brussels are all roasted in the oven, with lots of seasoning and spices, then you combine with quinoa and drizzle with a tahini, lime, and cilantro dressing. Perfect filling meal that is good for meal prep or a weeknight dinner!

This bag comes with: 1 Honeynut Squash, 1 Lb. Brussels Sprouts, 1 red onion, 1 can chickpeas, 1 lime, 1 bunch cilantro, and 1 small bag quinoa (12 oz)

Also NOT included: avocado oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, ground coriander, Chinese five spice (optional), dried or fresh thyme, fennel seeds, maple syrup, salt. For Dressing: Tahini,  1 garlic clove, Dijon mustard,
