

About Pure Smoke NW BBQ
Jim from Pure Smoke BBQ is passionate about slow smoking meat and side dishes on their reverse flow offset smokers with Mesquite wood, which gives the meats a mildly sweet, smoky flavor. They also believe barbeque shouldn’t be complicated – they use simple seasonings, wood, and time to flavor the food for a truly delicious experience.
Like a lot of BBQ enthusiasts, Jim started with a small electric smoker that used wood chunks. As his experience and passion grew, he thought bigger – to whole hog. In 2011, they purchased their first commercial smoker. The first thing cooked on it was a 150 pound whole hog for his Father-in-law’s 80th birthday party. After a 22 hour cook on that hog there was no going back. Pure Smoke NW BBQ has been cooking and feeding friends and family ever since!
We are excited about offering Pure Smoke meats to the greater Puget Sound area with the new box meal options, TV dinners, hand pies, and pot pies.
