For the last 27 years, Box of Good (formerly Klesick Farms) has found its way to local porches in King, Snohomish, Island, and Skagit counties. We have enjoyed every bit of connecting local families to local farmers, providing quality organic produce, and extending hope to our neighbors in need through our cancer initiative and food bank programs.

Time has a way of passing quickly and before you know it, you’re in a new season! Somehow, we blinked and have entered a semi-retirement phase of life.

We are excited to announce that the Box of Good delivery business is transitioning ownership to a new partnership of local families that are passionate about healthy living and local organic farming. As this transition happens, nothing will change for your families. Box of Good will have the same team answering your emails and calls, designing your menus and making your deliveries. The new owners are two local families that we have long and trusting relationships with.

One of the new partners is TJ and Destiny Fittis. TJ and Destiny own and operate the Camano Island Coffee Roasters, an organic coffee subscription service. A few years ago they successfully transitioned Camano Island Coffee Roasters from Destiny’s father, Jeff, to their family. The other partners are Tobin and Emily Fekkes. Many of you will remember Tobin, as he worked with us for several years and served as our general manager pre-Covid, before he ventured into his own software company, LunaTech Northwest.

We are confident that between the two of these young families, we are leaving Box of Good in the best of possible hands. They are kind, talented, and have a history of successfully running their own companies (that are similar in many ways to Box of Good). But, equally important for Joelle and I is that we transitioned the Box of Good, and its legacy, to new owners that care about people and our local communities. Goal Met!

We will continue to be a part of our local community, grow a small family garden, spend countless hours reminiscing, and will dabble in a few other ventures. We’re also looking forward to spending more time with our  growing family of grandchildren (10 and counting)!

Thank you for allowing our family the privilege to be a part of your lives and to serve your families for so many years. You all mean the world to us!

We are grateful,

Tristan and Joelle Klesick

We are so honored and excited to continue the work of the Klesick family with Box of Good.  We have been long term admirers of Box of Good. We love the commitment to local, organic food. It is this commitment that makes eating better so much easier. Every week our kids get super excited about our weekly Box of Good. We love that we are able to make healthy eating an easy, natural thing to pass down to our children.

In the coming weeks and months, not much will change. Things that you might see would be some different newsletters from each of us or our wonderful staff.  The same great service you have come to love and expect for the past 20 plus years will remain the same.

Also, we would love to hear from you all as well. If you have any feedback, please feel free to email us, or give us a call. We want to get to know you all and how Box of Good can be a force for good in your journey of healthy eating!

Lastly, we would like to take a moment, to thank Tristan, Joelle, and their family for this amazing opportunity. The years of tireless work, thoughtfulness, and commitment to healthy eating gives us a fantastic platform to serve you in your journey of healthy eating.  Please take a moment to leave a comment on Facebook or send us an email at office@boxofgood.com to share with the Klesick family.

Thank you for trusting us with your food. We are honored to serve you all.

TJ, Destiny, Tobin, and Emily.
