Description
This Cream of Mushroom soup bag comes with 1 oz. bag of dried medley mushrooms, fresh rosemary and sage, 1 yellow onion, 1 head of garlic, 1 pound of Cremini mushrooms, 1/2 pound Shiitake mushrooms, 32 oz. container of chicken broth, 1 carton of heavy cream. All you need to complete the recipe is olive oil, salt and pepper, plus a little butter to finish at the end. Makes 6 servings and cooking time is 1 hour.
