Ingredients
Greens and stems of 6 beets
chopped

mushrooms
sliced

olive oil

minced fresh ginger

tsp
minced garlic

tbsp
toasted sesame oil
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Sauté the mushrooms in the oil until soft, add in the greens and cook until wilted. Add in the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
